There is no easier and more rational way: in contrast to conventional liquid systems, our sealing compound stucarit 309 remains pasty during and after application without limit. It is not agglutinating and film-forming, which facilitates installations and removals. This is particularly advantageous with very precise and

complicated connections. stucarit 309 is applicable where the surface roughness of the seal faces is between 30 and 80 micron. The soft and pasty consistency enables an even distribution and penetration of the product into all surface irregularities and scratches, whereas the bearing areas remain in metal contact. This results into absolutely exact constructions and installations. The technical

complexity for excessive pre-load and torque does not apply.

stucarit 309 is used as sealant in vehicle construction,e. g. for articulated shafts and for threads in transmission manufacturing.

Specific properties:

stucarit 309 is absolutely harmless and acid-free. This innocuousness decisively promotes its easy application. The seal can be charged optionally high immediately after installation. It will bear any impact, as long as the relevant pre-load, avoiding the separation of the sealing elements under pressure, is given.

Application / surface:

 The surfaces of the assembly components have to be clean and free from dust and grease.
